This page explains what this website collects and what we do with it. How consent and your records work at the practice is explained in plain words on the consent page.

What you send us

If you use the message form, we receive your name, email, phone number, the name and pronouns you would like us to use, how and when you would like us to reach you, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to set up a visit, and for nothing else.

Please do not put medical details in a message. For anything urgent, call us.

What this site does not do

This site has no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts, no pixels and no recording of what you do on a page. It does not sell or rent your information. The Quick exit button only sends you to another page.

Links to other sites

Some buttons, such as the patient portal, take you to another site that has its own privacy policy. We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows.
